The mission of the American Business Group of Riyadh is to:
Promote mutually beneficial trade, investment, and commercial relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States;
Promote the interests of the American business community;
Represent and act as the voice of the American business resident in Riyadh;
Promote voluntary cooperation that contributes to an improved environment for American business residents;
Help maintain cordial and productive relations between the Saudi and American public and private sectors; and
Provide a forum that facilitates business and social networking in Riyadh. and
We are active participants with other American Chamber of Commerce members from the Gulf region in the annual “Door Knock” to Congress. The objective of the Door Knock is to explain the Overseas American position on issues to members of the Senate and the House of Representatives. The American Business Group is a also a member of the Middle East Council of American Chambers of Commerce (MECACC).
Our membership comprises both large and small businesses, and individual memberships of professional men and women. Close to 400-members strong, the ABGR is a guiding force in the business community in Riyadh. It is a catalyst through which businesses and professional people work together for the common good.

The ABGR newsletter is issued once a month, although there may be additional announcements we want to convey to our membership. Event invitations are issued as dates are finalized.
